2. Operational responsibility
The pilot remains responsible for the operational compliance of the flight, their licences, ratings, insurance, safety decisions and the applicable regulatory framework.
3. Offers and flight price
The flight price proposed by the pilot is separate from AKUA1FLY service fees. The platform does not replace the off-platform economic agreement between the parties concerned.
